Refunds and Returns Policy

Cooling Period

Our cooling period after a purchase lasts for fourteen days.

If fourteen days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange under the cooling period.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The purchase must be returned with the original packaging and with everything that was included when it was delivered to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This information is normally recorded by us; however, you should contact us before returning your purchase so that we can confirm the correct return procedure.

Assessment and Processing of Returns

Once your return is received it will be inspected. After the inspection has been completed we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned purchase and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original funding source within a few days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.

These situations may include signs of tampering where examination shows the item remains intact, damage to the purchase, missing packaging, or items returned more than fourteen days after delivery.

Each returned purchase will be assessed fairly and impartially before any refund decision is made.

Unscheduled Returns

If a purchase is returned to us because the delivery was not accepted, the purchase price will be refunded less a ten percent restock fee.

Examples include refusal to pay customs charges or import duty, or situations where delivery was attempted but the buyer did not make adequate arrangements to ensure that the item could be received.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in these circumstances.

Late or Missing Refunds

If five working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your funding source customer services to ensure that the refund is not still being processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your funding provider.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning Your Purchase

To return your purchase for any reason, including warranty related returns, you must contact us first. We will then provide you with a return reference number and instructions for returning your purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us and receiving a reference number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your purchase.

If you are returning your purchase under the fourteen-day cooling period and you received free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the purchase is returned due to a fault and the purchase is shown to be faulty after inspection.

The purchase must be returned with the original packaging and with everything that was received with your order.

Time Limit for Accepting an Offered Remedy

In some situations, a refund, repair, replacement, or another form of resolution may be offered after a fault has been reported and assessed.

Any such offer must be accepted within seven days of the date the offer is made.

Acceptance of the offered remedy must be clearly confirmed by the customer within this seven-day period.

If the customer does not confirm acceptance within this seven-day period the offer will automatically expire.

The seven-day period will not be extended if the customer states that they wish to continue using, testing, or retaining the item before deciding.

If the customer continues to retain or use the item beyond the seven-day period this will be considered a decision by the customer to keep the item in its current condition and to decline the offered remedy.

Once the seven-day period has passed the original offer of refund, repair, replacement, or any other resolution will no longer remain open and cannot be accepted later.

After the expiry of this period the reported fault or issue will be considered permanently closed. The item will not be eligible to be returned for that specific fault or issue under any circumstances.

Returning Your Serviced Watch

All serviced watches have a six-month return to base guarantee.

To return your serviced watch for any reason you must contact us and we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for returning your watch. Normally this will be the same reference number that was first issued when the watch was booked in for service.

The guarantee only covers the parts and labour costs associated with parts that were replaced during the service.

The guarantee does not cover the failure of any additional parts that were not replaced during the service. It also does not cover labour costs associated with additional repairs that are not directly related to the replaced parts.

Initially you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your watch.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if your watch is returned due to a fault and that fault is confirmed to be the failure of a replacement part or a direct result of the service that was carried out.

All returned watches will be assessed fairly and impartially. Once the assessment has been completed you will be informed of the results.

Security Marking and Tampering

Unfortunately, there are individuals who attempt to purchase watches with the intention of exchanging internal components or removing parts.

For this reason, all our watches are security marked and fitted with security seals.

If these seals are broken or if there are any signs of tampering, the watch will be returned to you at your expense. We do not tolerate this type of behaviour.

Additional Information
