Just wanted to confirm that my much loved watch has arrived back all safe and in beautiful working order.
It probably sounds a bit superfluous, but this watch was/is extremely important to me.  It was of course a bit of a leap of faith to mail it overseas, but I felt very reassured by the ongoing assistance and friendly communication from your business.  This was backed up by ongoing updates and advice re every step of the repair process.
All in all, my watch required quite an amount of work and parts.  I knew that and expected that advice long before your assessment.  Ultimately I was far more than happy with your professional fees for returning my beloved watch to full running order.  It even speaks volumes that the watch had the second hand and bezel perfectly zeroed and aligned upon return.  (I had the battery replaced locally by XXXXXX in Melbourne quite some years back and it had to be returned as they actually returned my watch initially with the sweep hand not capable of resetting to 12 o’clock.  Need I say more…..)  
I can’t overexpress how grateful I am for the work you undertook and the professional friendly support I received throughout. If there is any way I can leave a detailed testimonial or a review on any platform, please let me know as I’d love to provide evidence of my outstanding experience, right down to the very generous assistance in contributing to my import duties.  Purely from a human perspective, the entire process was a rewarding and thoroughly positive experience.

Further to our discussions this morning, I would like to formally place on record my extreme pleasure of your recommendation you recently gave me, to seek the services of DMC Timepieces Ltd to inspect/repair/service my vintage Seiko watch.
I did contact them to ascertain the scope and costs of any repairs or parts to enable a service and test to be carried out to bring the timepiece back to it’s fullest serviceability and reliability, in line with normal acceptable limits, bearing in mind the watch’s age,  it’s past usage and anticipated cost restraints.
Throughout the contact I had with them, either verbally or email, they were very amiable, yet very professional and the inspection/repair/service was carried out expeditiously with full updates on progress and postage return together with a written report of the faults and condition found, work carried and future recommendations for likely future periodic servicing.
The final cost for this superlative service was in my opinion extremely reasonable bearing in mind the obvious skill and craftsmanship employed.
In summary, I would like to thank you for your initial recommendation and in view of the work done and the service I received I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending anyone to their Company for similar work.
