Refunds and Returns

Our cooling-down period after a purchase, lasts for 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (usually this is recorded by us, please check with us before returning your purchase)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Signs of tampering but examination shows intact
  • Damage to purchase
  • Missing packaging
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original funding source within a few days.

Unscheduled returns

If the purchase is returned to us because the delivery wasn’t accepted, e.g. The buyer refuses to pay the customs charges / import duty, there was an attempted delivery, but the buyer didn’t make adequate arrangements to ensure the item could be received. etc, the sale price of the purchase will be refunded less a 10% restock fee.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If five working days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your funding source customer services to ensure it is not being processed as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning your Purchase

To return your purchase for any reason, including warranty returns etc, you need to contact us and we will provide you with a return number and instructions for returning your purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase.
If you are returning your purchase under the 14-day cooling period and received free shipping, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It must be returned with the original packaging and everything which was received with your purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the purchase is returned due to a fault and is shown to be faulty.

Returning your Serviced Watch.

All serviced watches have a 6 month return to base guarantee.
To return your serviced watch for any reason, you will need to contact us and we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions for returning your watch.
Normally this will be the RMA number you were first issued with.

Note: The guarantee only covers the parts and labour costs associated with replaced parts.
The guarantee does not cover the failure of any further parts, or the associated labour costs.
Initially, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your watch
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your watch is returned due to a fault and the fault is shown to be a failure of a replacement part or as a direct result of our servicing.
The watch will be fairly and impartially assessed, then you will be informed of the results of the assessment.

Additional

Unfortunately, there are a set of people who will try and buy our watches with the intent of swapping the insides or stealing parts.
All of our watches are security marked and have security seals on them. If these seals are broken or there are any signs of tampering, the watch will be returned to you at your expense. We do not tolerate this kind of behaviour.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

Please, under no circumstances, ship any watches to us unless you have been issued a reference number and we have agreed to accept them.
